    i agree with amy, their emergency department does not make you feel welcome and cared for or looked into, i had to push myself in their face to be seen and i have respect for hospitals and how they do things, but they seemed understaffed and un organized and its just super annoying when you have a EMERGENCY. not happy with my local hospitals...not at all

    One of the nurses extremely rude and pushy about medication I didn't want to take. Extremely long wait time I got here at 6am only person in waiting room And didn't get in until 8:30 when in pain.

    Fiona was rude over the phone when I inquired about the possible delay. "you can come here or not" was the answer I got and then hang up the phone.

    No excuse for letting an infant who came in for a fall down the stairs wait in a waiting room for hours in pain before getting around to noticing she had a broken femur! Save yourself some time and go to the Stollery where professionals can help you!
